Companies are owned by OurBet and Kbet brands; 5 -year authorization applies to sports bets and physical or virtual games
The companies Laguna Serviços e Tecnologia Ltda. and Enseada Serviços e Tecnologia Ltda. –Donas of Betts – received authorization from (Secretariat of Awards and bets), to explore a fixed quota in Brazil. The decisions were published this Thursday (14.ago.2025) in (Official Gazette).
The brands managed by the companies are Ourbet (from Laguna) and Kbet (from Enseada).
Authorizations granted to both companies comprise sports bets and online games in physical and virtual modalities. The endorsement is valid for 5 years, and runs until August 13, 2030. Here is a (PDF – 193 kb).
BETS REGULATION
The regulation of the sports betting market in Brazil on January 1, 2025. By the end of this year, the government foresees the creation of a national betting system, articulated with states and municipalities, to “The diffusion of good practices and national minimum game standards responsible, technical systems and game requirements, and combat money laundering”.
