The Italian was accompanied by members of his coaching staff – goalkeeper trainer Taffarel and technical coordinator Juan – in addition to CBF’s director of selections, Rodrigo Caetano.

The trip to the stadium is part of a series of observations that Ancelotti will hold in the coming days before releasing, on August 25, at 3:30 pm, its second list of summoned for the selection. The 23 players will play the final rounds of the South American qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, a competition in which Brazil has already secured a place after the victory over Paraguay in June.
This is the first time Ancelotti has come to Brazil since June.
