The Paraíba digital influencer has manifested for the first time since he was investigated for alleged and “adultization” of children and adolescents in content published on social networks. In a note sent to the press, he denied any irregularity, stated that “he always acted within the law” and said that all recorded materials had permission and monitoring of those responsible. The case gained national repercussion after Youtuber Felipe Bressanim, known as, publicizing a video with complaints about parties and content involving teenagers.

The Paraíba Justice has determined the suspension of all Hytalo profiles on networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and YouTube, as well as the removal of content with minors and the monetization interruption. The influencer was also forbidden to maintain contact with the adolescents mentioned in the investigations.
On Wednesday (13), João Pessoa’s 1st Childhood and Youth Court authorized search and seizure warrants at Hytalo’s residence, allowing the collection of cell phones, computers, cameras and other expertise devices. However, according to the condominium, he would have removed several equipment before the arrival of the Military Police. The defense denies that there has been obstruction of investigations. The findings occur on two fronts: one civil, conducted by the Public Prosecution Service, and another criminal, under the responsibility of the Civil Police, both for possible violation of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA).
