In the dispute between Elon Musk and OpenAi, an artificial intelligence company (AI) led by Sam Altman, the CEO of X (former Twitter) lost. A US district judge, Yvonne Gonzalez, denied Musk’s request to reject OpenAi -filed harassment allegations.
According to the court, there are sufficient grounds for the case to proceed normally. The court also criticized both Musk and OpenAi, claiming manipulations by both parties. With this, new chapters in the judicial dispute between Musk and Altman are expected to emerge in the coming months.

What happened?
Before buying Twitter for $ 218 billion ($ 44 billion), in 2022, Musk was among the group of founders of OpenAi. However, after claiming conflicts of interest, he left the company’s advice in February 2018. According to Musk, his autonomous car company, Tesla, was advancing in his own AI projects.
