Measure includes suspension of profiles on social networks and removal of adolescents from the coexistence of the influencer investigated by adultization of minors
The Paraíba Justice determined this Wednesday (13.ago.2025) the seizure of electronic equipment of the digital influencer, investigated for exposing adolescents to adult content. The decision, of an injunction (urgent and provisional), was issued by Judge Adhailton Lacet Correia Porto, of the 1st Court of Childhood and Youth of João Pessoa.
The judge also determined immediate suspension of all Hytalo accounts and profiles on digital platforms, including Youtube and Facebook. Providers were notified to remove content published by the influencer in which children and adolescents appeared.
The measure still orders the removal of adolescents from their conviviality. The influencer is known for “adopting” minors who appear in their videos. Read the decision (PDF – 158 KB).
“The situation presented demonstrates the exploitation of their images for monetization purposes, exposure to inadequate content and an environment of vulnerability, as well as the possible practice of criminal offenses, such as incitement to child pornography and the supply of alcoholic beverage”, says the judge.
In addition, Porto determined:
- Immediate suspension of the use of social networks;
- Testimony of adolescents, under confidentiality;
- Communication to digital platforms for preventive removal of the contents in which adolescents appear;
- Intervention of the Guardianship Council for the application of protective measures.
The investigation against the influencer began after accusations that he would be submitting adolescents to adultization and exposure with sexual connotation for profit. The case became known because of the Felca influencer’s video on the subject.
