The rapporteur was redistributed to Minister Reynaldo Soares da Fonseca, who will examine funds from the mayor and the prosecutor, since the investigation against Daniel was not annulled.
The mayor, who is a pre-candidate for governor of Pará next year, by interference from Governor Helder Barbalho (MDB), his former ally and today disaffected.
