The poor dough is a dessert that proves that the name can be well. Contrary to the modest definition, it is not poor – on the contrary, because it tempts with the richness of sweet taste and three clearly separated layers. The bottom is a moist, aromatic chocolate cake, which goes well with the cream pudding mass. The fudge mass goes to its topgiving all exceptional sweetness and character. This cake is perfect for every occasion – from weekend coffee with friends to a family celebration. His preparation is amazingly simple, so even a beginner confectionery enthusiast can handle it.
Ingredients:
Chocolate cake:
- 100 g of butter,
- 100 g cukru,
- 20 g kakao,
- 50 ml of milk,
- 150 g of wheat flour,
- 2 eggs,
- a teaspoon of baking powder,
- A bit of salt.
Pudding cream:
- 2 cream puddings,
- 500 ml of milk.
Additionally:
- A can of chocolate fudge mass.
Method of performance:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar, cocoa and milk. Heat all the time and mix so that the mass becomes uniform. Set aside
In a separate dish, combine the flour with baking powder. Add to the previously prepared mass and combine briefly.
Separate the protein from the yolks. Beat them with a little salt to a stiff foam. Add yolks to it and mix gently. Then combine with previous ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Pour the dough into a baking paper lined with dimensions of about 24 x 24 cm and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Set aside to cool.
Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packaging, using a smaller amount of milk. When it cools gently, put it on a chocolate cake. Set aside in the fridge to cool for 2-3 hours. After this time, spread the contents of the fudge mass on top.
