The extension of the closed transmission rights agreement between the broadcasters and the Forte União (LFU), one of the commercial blocks of Brazilian football clubs, can lead to Corinthians’ revenues in this line to R $ 300 million in 2029, in the most optimistic scenario. For the extension, the total raised by the group reaches R $ 2.2 billion in the last year of the contract for Serie A of the Brazilian Championship.
By the end of this week LFU should sign an agreement with YouTube (by Cazétv) and Record to increase the contract period signed a few months ago from three to five years. Amazon Prime Video and Grupo Globo had already guaranteed a five -year cycle. Until the agreements update ,.
There is no scenario within the distribution of values to LFU’s Serie A clubs where Corinthians is not the team with the highest collection. Second largest fans in Brazil and the largest trigger in the commercial bloc, the team has their transfers turbocharged by the division of revenue linked to the games audience.
