- 250 g Serka Mascarpone;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 4 teaspoons of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;

Preparation:
At the beginning I put all the ingredients into the bowl and mix them to a homogeneous mass. Then I start frying mascarpone pancakes in a pan with hot oil on medium heat: I pour in a small amount of dough, spread it on the surface and fry the pies until they are browned from both sides.

4 large pancakes will come out of the given portion. Nothing prevents you from frying smaller, but thicker pancakes. Then they will be more fluffy and similar to pancakes. You can replace mascarpone with other cream cheese, e.g. ricotta.
