New Chinese Plant Great Wall Motors is in Iracemápolis; planned investment is $ 10 billion until 2032
The President (PT) participates this Friday (15.2025), at 16h, the inauguration of the Chinese factory (Great Wall Motors), in Iracemápolis (SP).
The event will be attended by the vice president and minister of, (PSB).

According to the federal government, the GWM factory will generate, by the end of 2025, 1,000 new jobs.
The Chinese company estimates an investment of $ 4 billion in Brazil by 2026, which includes the opening of this factory. From 2027 to 2032, the projection is that another R $ 6 billion will be invested.
The company is the 1st qualified in the federal government’s program (Green Mobility) for the production of plug-in hybrid electric models (PHEVS) in Brazil.
