The president of, (-PB), sent complaints against the deputy (-SP) to the Ethics Council this Friday (15).
In all, there are four representations against the son of (PL), who articulates in the US punishment to Brazilian authorities to deliver the father, defendant in the (Supreme Federal Court) accused of coup.
Motta also unlocked the processing of 16 other complaints, which were stopped at the Board of Directors, an organ that receives the representations. The oldest had been filed in February. In addition to Eduardo, the deputy (Avante-MG) is another main target, accumulating five representations.
From the establishment of the process in the Ethics Council, the president of the board must choose a rapporteur from a list of three drawn members. The rapporteur cannot be of the same party or state of the accused.
The representations against Eduardo Bolsonaro were filed by the PSOL and petist parliamentarians.
This Thursday (14), PT leader, Deputy (RJ), reiterated the request for Motta to forward the lawsuits against Eduardo and filed his third representation to the table-this most recent process was not referred to the Council yet.
Eduardo took a 120 -day license from his term and traveled to the, where he has influenced the government of suspending it from authorities such as STF ministers, as well as imposing a surcharge on Brazilian products and applying the magnitisky law to Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
The license ended on July 20 and since then Eduardo has been missing to plenary sessions. Lindbergh argues that he has used his mandate to “attack democracy and national sovereignty, with serious damage to the image of parliament and public coffers.”
