Digital influencer Hytalo Santos and her husband, Israel Nata Vicente, were arrested on the morning of Friday (15.2025) in Sao Paulo by order of the 2nd Court of Bayeux District from Paraíba.
The Public Prosecution Service of Paraíba and the Labor Prosecutor’s Office act in the investigation of the case. The arrest was carried out by the São Paulo State Department of Criminal Investigations).

In the video, the agent responsible for the action asks for the names of the suspects and states that they are being arrested for a “Paraíba Mandate”.

The investigation against Hytalo Santos began after accusations that he would be submitting teenagers to “adultization” and exposure with sexual connotation for profit. His defense stated that he is innocent and “always made himself available to the authorities.” Lawyers also said they will adopt “the appropriate judicial measures to safeguard Hytalo’s rights, including Habeas Corpus’s entry if necessary.”
He is known for “adopting” minors who appeared in his videos. The case became known nationally because of the subject.

“The defense of Hytalo Santos informs that he received, on the morning of Friday (15), the news of the arrest order against his client.
“So far, we have not had access to the content of the decision that determined the extreme measure, which makes it impossible for a more detailed manifestation. Once we become aware of the grounds, we will adopt all appropriate judicial measures to safeguard Hytalo’s rights, including the entry of habeas corpus, if necessary.
