Meteorologists in the Czech Republic measured record temperatures, at 50 stations they exceeded 35 degrees. CHMU warns of hot weather and possible storms on the southern half of the country.

Temperature records on Friday recorded almost 60 percent of meteorological stations in the Czech Republic, which they measure for more than 30 years. The temperature greater than 35 degrees Celsius measured almost 50 stations.

CHMÚ issued a warning before high temperatures, which is valid from Friday 11.00 until Sunday 22.00. According to meteorologists, it is necessary to maintain a drinking regime, avoiding direct sunlight and searching for shadow and well -ventilated spaces. They also recommend limiting people to restrict physical burden.

On Saturday, CHMU expects that there will be storms with tidal collisions and possibly small hail in the southern half of the Czech Republic. In the morning, they should appear especially in the South Bohemia and in the afternoon also in the area of South Moravia.
