Pancakes They are often served with jam and that’s what I remember from my childhood. However, I like to go a bit crazy, especially at the weekend. My children love when I make a version in orange sauce.
These are the best: perfectly sweet and at the same time expressive, this taste is remembered. Every bite is like a culinary experience in the best French restaurant.

Sos:

- 120 g of butter,
- 100 g cukru,
- 80 ml of orange liqueur,
- 2 teaspoons of grated orange peel.
Prepare pancakes.
Mix milk, water and eggs in a bowl. Add melted butter, sugar, orange peel and salt. Mix to connect for about 15 seconds.
Gradually add flour, stirring constantly, to combine. Leave the dough at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
After this time, heat the pan and add dough after a ladle and spread them evenly on the surface. Fry pancakes on each side for 1-2 minutes.
Put the ready pancakes on a plate.
Prepare the sauce. In a large frying pan, boil orange juice with orange peel, butter and sugar, on medium-wystoky.
Stir from time to time. Reduce fire and mix in the liqueur. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce fire to a minimum.
Fold pancakes. Fold the pancakes into envelopes and put them in an orange sauce. Cook everything on low heat, without mixing, for about 3 minutes.
Serve the pancakes in the orange sauce, pouring them on an additional portion of the sauce.
