The minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), authorized the president of, to visit, who meets house arrest.
It was defined that the meeting will take place on August 28, between 10am and 18h, five days before the central number of the coup plot, composed of the former president and seven defendants. The first trial session is scheduled for September 2.
Earlier this month, Bolsonaro asked Moraes to be allowed to receive visits from people “indispensable to both his health and physical integrity”, also indicated Costa Neto.
The trial is expected to last two weeks, with five days to analyze the case. Sessions were scheduled for 2, 3, 9, 10 and 12 next month.
The dates were set on Friday (15) after Moraes communicated to Minister Cristiano Zanin, president of the first class of the Supreme Court, which is ready to take the case to trial.
In addition to Bolsonaro, the former Navy commander Almir Garnier, the former Justice Minister, the former chief, Lieutenant Colonel, former Defense Minister Paulo Sérgio Nogueira and former Chief of the Civil House.
The Federal Deputy (PL-RJ) is also part of the group, but the case against him was partially paralyzed by determination of the Chamber.
