The steps of tens of thousands of fans were heading from Friday afternoon (August 15) to the Old Airport in Vajnory in Bratislava, Where the fourth year of the biggest music event in Slovakia – the Lovestream festival began. Almost two dozen performers and groups will be presented on the main stage of the unprecedented dimensions and equipment that Slovakia only sees thanks to this event.
The first festival day was opened by the love2dance formation, followed by Nice’s Nico & Vinz stage, they are Kahouly Nicolay ‘Nico’ Nico ‘Sereba and Vincent’ Vinz ‘Derz from Oslo. The duo was established in 2010 under the name Envy, the current name has been using since 2012. Two albums performed by this singer are known to fans, Only Honest on the Weekend from August 2021 and especially Believe Me Now? from May 2024, who got first in the ranking. In September 2019 she released a compilation Get to Know. Her repertoire also includes songs Heaven On My Mind and Space.
Half a second hour before midnight, visitors from the whole area focused in front of the main stage not to miss the headliner’s first day, the American group OneRepublic. The Colorado boys have been on the scene since 2002, the band consists of singer and composer Ryan Tedder, guitarists Zach Filkins and Drew Brown, keyboardist Brian Willett, bass guitarist and cello brent Kutzle and drummer Eddie Fisher.
Old Airport in Vajnory will welcome other artists of the world music scene on Saturday. The next day program on the main stage will start singer and composer Chris de Saranda, After that it will be the singer and composer Tom Gregory, British producer Jonas Blue, Dance Show, singer and composer Taio Cruz.
The main star of the evening will be Post Malone. This American rapper, singer and composer is one of the biggest musical stars of today, and his summer tour is already considered one of the most anticipated music events of the year 2025. His latest album F-1 trillion scored in the first place of the Billboard 200 magazine.
According to billboard, it is also the fourth most successful artist of the 21st century. In 2024 he won the prestigious MTV Music Award along with Taylor Swift for their duet Fortnight. This year he earned up to seven nominations for Grammy’s music awards, including categories Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
In addition to good music, visitors also have a large number of stalls with home and foreign cuisine. In addition to the festival classic such as Gypsy, French fries, Hot Dog or Hamburger, they can also enjoy exotic dishes. Koktejl.sk mapped how much visitors click for food in the stalls.
