The proposal, now placed on the table by the Russian President, was released by Reuters after listened to sources close to the negotiations.

“Based on the political and diplomatic situation, and knowing the betrayal of Russia, we foresee that in the coming days the Russian army can try to increase pressure and attacks against Ukrainian positions, in order to create more favorable political circumstances for negotiations with global actors,” Zelensky wrote on social network.
