Simple dough with raspberries You will prepare with just a few ingredients, extremely quickly and easily. The grown dough with a thin layer of cream cream fits perfectly with fresh, summer fruit embedded in jelly. Such a dessert will work both as a sweet coffee afternoon tea and as a refreshment for guests at all summer events.
Before you start preparing the dough, get the right sheet. Works well 20 × 30 cm form.
For preparation bottomyou will need:
- 250 g of wheat flour,
- 150 g of butter,
- 150 g cukru,
- 3 eggs in size L or XL,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 1 pinch of salt.
Ingredients for cream cream:
- 125 ml cream 36 percent,
- 70 g serka mascarpone,
- 30 g of powdered sugar.
Ingredients for a raspberry layer:
- 2 packages of raspberry jelly,
- 700 ml of water,
- 250 g malin.
Prepare the cake. In a bowl, grate the butter with sugar to a light and fluffy mass. Gradually add one egg, stirring well after each of them. Add vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing at low speed only to combine. Transfer the dough to a 20×30 cm baking paper lined. Put them in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30-40 minutes or to a clean stick. Remove and leave to cool.
Prepare the cream. Whip the cream rigidly with the addition of powdered sugar in a bowl. At the end, add mascarpone cheese after a spoon and mix the whole to get a uniform cream. Prepare jelly, dissolving it in hot water. Set aside to cool.
Fold the dough. Put the dough back into the mold. Brush them with a thin layer of cream cream, and spread fresh raspberries on top. Pour the whole threading jelly.
