They ask for free admission and departure from authorities such as Rogério Marinho, Altineu Côrtes, Valdemar da Costa Neto, Carol de Toni, Sostenes Cavalcante and Bruno Scheid. According to Bolsonaro’s defense, the interaction of these leaders “is frequent and necessary”, considering their respective roles in the former president’s closest political core. In addition is to avoid the need for individual court claims with each visit.

Moreover, as an alternative to the full granting of the same visiting regime given to lawyers, the defense proposed that political leaders can visit Bolsonaro to Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, following the rules already established by the courts, ie, without mobile phone use and no video meeting records.

In house arrest since August 4, former President Jair Bolsonaro plays precautionary measures imposed by the Supreme Court after breeding restrictions on the use of digital platforms. The decision was made by Minister Alexandre de Moraes after Bolsonaro participated remotely in protests in his favor and pro-administration in some Brazilian cities.

Since then, Moraes has been authorizing visits to the former president, including family members, such as children, granddaughters, grandchildren and sisters-in-law, and political leaders. So far, ten PL parliamentarians and leaders, as well as authorities from other subtitles, have had their requests fulfilled. Among them are the children, Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) and Councilman Jair Renan Bolsonaro (PL-SC); The governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas, and Senator Ciro Nogueira (PI). Only Deputy Gustavo Gayer (GO) was denied, for being involved in a confidential investigation linked to the former president.
