A committee formed by major public administration research centers in the country will analyze the proposals of the working group that debates NA.
The initiative is from the People Ahead Movement, a civil society organization that subsidizes the WG with studies and data since the beginning of the discussions on May 28.
The external evaluation committee of the proposal is formed by 11 centers, including two from FGV (Getulio Vargas Foundation), the Dom Cabral Foundation, IDP (Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research), one from USP and one from UnB.
After the proposals are disclosed, the idea is that the Commission analyze the, such as extinction of privileges, impacts on states and municipalities, policies for women, temporary bonds, public tenders, probationary stage, among others.
“The movement argues that a good proposal for administrative reform needs to create a new public management paradigm, putting the strategic management of people in the center,” says Jessika Moreira, executive director of the People Ahead Movement.
“This means ensuring that the quality of services and public policies is a priority and that the state is strengthened to fulfill its role legitimately, effective and aligned with the public interest.”
