The GPA reported that André Francez Nassar and Diego Xavier Mendes presented a letter of resignation to the positions of an effective member and alternate member of the Company’s fiscal council, respectively.
According to a statement to the market published on Sunday afternoon, 17, in the Securities Commission (CVM), the company will adopt the necessary measures for the timely election of a new effective member and respective alternate of the Fiscal Council, keeping the market informed.
