According to the municipality, any internal investigation in this case is directly conditioned to the outcome of the criminal proceedings, which is being confidential.
“It is important to highlight that the magistrate responsible for the judgment, even having full access to the evidence, did not impose any restrictions on the professional practice of the accused. Under these conditions, CRO-DF could not impose similar limitation without formal support, otherwise the law and the constitutional rights involved,” he said.
