Defenders of the couple presented habeas corpus asking for revocation of pre -trial detention
The São Paulo court decided to maintain the arrest of the digital influencer and her husband, Israel Nata Vicente -known as Euro -after a custody hearing held on Saturday (16) in Carapicuíba, where the pair was detained last Friday (15).
Hytalo and euro are accused by the Public Prosecutor of Paraíba and the Public Prosecution Service to commit trafficking crimes in persons and from content produced on social networks. The warrants were issued by the 2nd Bayeux District Court in Paraíba. The defense claims innocence (see below).
The hearing was held virtually and served to check if any illegality was committed at the time of prison. “They remain in prison,” the Court said in a statement. Asked, the State Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration (SAP) reported that until Saturday afternoon, both had not yet entered the SAP system. The space is open to the manifestation of the defense.

The arrest warrants were issued by Judge Antonio Rudimacy Firmino de Sousa, from the 2nd Bayeux Court (PB), on the grounds that Hytalo and Euro could destroy evidence and hide financial values obtained with the practice of child sexual exploitation actions.
The judge wrote that the two were already acting for “deliberate destruction of documents and attempted coercion of witnesses.” Habeas Corpus was presented at the second instance to the Paraíba Court of Justice. Because it is a weekend, he was distributed to a duty judge, who will analyze the case.

Delegate Fernando David, holder of the 3rd Estelionato and Crimes Against Public Faith Investigations Police Station, said that and both already knew the possibility that arrest warrants were issued.
“Yes, there is the suspicion that they were trying to evade. They knew that an arrest warrant would be issued (…) in the early hours of yesterday,” said David (see the video above). Also according to the delegate, they were in Sao Paulo since Thursday (14), and the city could serve as a route for the escape.
They were captured in a high standard residence, where eight people were hosted – all older. To hold the arrest, the police intelligence service monitored the vehicle used by the couple – a Land Rover – which was parked in front of the mansion in Carapicuíba.
The case gained national repercussion after Youtuber Felca complaints about adultization episodes of children and adolescents. Hytalo was banned from the Instagram social network and her husband, Euro, also had her account disabled after trying to defend the influencer.
