39 active fires in Galicia and Castilla: that of Jarilla (Cáceres), uncontrolled

Galicia: The fires that currently fight extinction services in Galicia have calcined more 48,000 hectares, most in the province of Ourense. There are two others in Lugo and another in Pontevedra. Queixa’s Chandrexa is already the most important in history in the community (17,000) hectares).
Castilla y León: Simultaneous fires, of extreme intensity and erratic winds hinder the work of extinction in Castilla y León, which has 25 fires -1 -11 levels of level 2 and 9 of level 1-, with more than 3,250 evicted neighbors and serious complications in León, with three new fires this Saturday. In this province there are 1,400 evicted. In Zamora, the Porto fire, level 2, which has been affected by a storm with changing winds of up to 50 kilometers, is concerned, and forces to evacuate 1,350 neighbors. It evolves favorably that of Mozyuelas de la Carballeda and that of Puerques. The 1,500 evacuated from El Payo (Salamanca) have also returned home.
Cáceres: The fire that began five days ago in Jarilla, north of the province of Cáceres, which was about to be stabilized but reactivated by the wind, is currently “totally uncontrolled”. He has forced to evacuate 250 residents of Rebollar (notified with ES Alert) and the customers of the Valle del Jerte spa have been asked to voluntarily leave the facilities tonight. (EFE)
