The President of the Acre Legislative Assembly (Aleac), Deputy Nicolau Júnior, participated on Saturday, 16, in the signing of service orders at the headquarters of the Deracre in Cruzeiro do Sul. The event marked a day of important achievements for the Juruá Valley and was marked by a speech in defense of the valorization of acrean entrepreneurs.

With the experience of those who grew up in a family linked to trade, Nicolau stressed the importance of prioritizing local companies in the government’s works and investments.
“The government needs to focus and value the entrepreneurs of our state. Who wins the work here, invests here. Those who do in Rio Branco, generate jobs and opportunities there. But when the works go to outside companies, the money also leaves. We need to strengthen who is here, because this is where the investments and the future of our people are,” said the deputy.
Lives change works
Signed service orders include strategic areas for the region. Are included:
• Recovery and asphalting of rural extensions, ensuring flow of production, school transportation and access to health;
• Construction of a rural school in the Alto Pentecost community in Mâncio Lima, offering more dignity and future to children in the region;
• Second stage of the urbanization of Alameda das Águas, in Mâncio Lima, strengthening tourism, trade and the well-being of the population.
In addition, Nicolau highlighted the agreement between the State Government and the Cruzeiro do Sul City Hall, in the amount of R $ 14.8 million, which will allow the paving of city streets. “This resource is to give families dignity, take people out of mud and improve urban mobility. It’s direct investment in the lives of those who need it most,” he said.
Commitment to Acre
Nicolau Júnior’s speech reinforces his view that state development is through the union between government, municipalities and the productive sector. Recognizing the role of Acre entrepreneurs as protagonists of this process, the president of Aleac seeks to strengthen a virtuous growth cycle, with job creation, income and opportunities for the population.
