The United States has had nothing since January 20, 2025, which can be described as a foreign policy. Relationships with the rest of the world are determined by a man who says or decide one thing at will and is one, then something else – without a plan, without strategy and without solid values. His threats fizzle out, his commitments do not hold. This gives others the opportunity to influence or even determine the course of the superpower by skillful procedure.
