In the PRL, store shelves were empty, which is why cakes were made of easily available ingredients. That is why in the 70s and 80s. She was a must -have baking served on his name day, holidays or other important family celebrations.

This baking looked extremely impressive on the table. Due to the undulating surface sprinkled with powdered sugar, it brought to mind a snowy mountain panorama. In addition, he delighted with the insane taste, which each of us remembers to this day.

Many people have a fondness for this dessert. It is associated with childhood, grandmother kitchen and family celebrations. Fits both every day and for Christmas.

Currently, we want to make cakes quickly, without spending many hours in the kitchen. That is why a recipe for the Carpathian woman without baking on biscuits was created. I must admit that it also tastes amazing, and looks like the best confectionery.

Ingredients:

  • 1 l of milk;
  • 200 g of butter at room temperature;
  • 2 packets of butter biscuits;
  • 2 packages of vanilla pudding;
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
  • Powder sugar for sprinkling.

Preparation:

To start with, prepare a cream for a carpish without baking. For this purpose, pour in milk, pour pudding, sugar and vanilla sugar into the pot. Cook the whole on medium heat, stirring constantly until a thick and velvety mass forms. Set aside to cool.

Then start grinding the butter to a fluffy mass and add 1 tablespoon of cold pudding, mixing all the time. A uniform cream must be created.

In the next step, put a layer of biscuits at the bottom of the 25×30 cm mold. Spread half of the cream on it, cover it with cookies and pour out the rest of the filling again. End the top with biscuits.

Put the prepared baking carpatka in this way for at least 20 minutes in the fridge. Sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar before serving.
