French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of the Italian government Georgia Meloni, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, NATO chief Mark Rutte and European Commission Ursula Von Leyen, should also be attended by a multilateral meeting.
