The Berlusconi Family Holding MFE Mediafore Europe missed the majority at the German television group ProSiebenSat.1 on the first attempt, which includes ProSiebenSat.1puls4 (Puls 4, ATV 2, Puls 24) in Austria. At the end of the acceptance period for the takeover offer, which was a good 1.8 billion euros, MFE secured almost 43.6 percent of the shares in the channel chain from Unterföhring near Munich, the company said on Monday.
