According to an investigation by the institute of the German Economy from Cologne (IW), the weak economic development in Germany ensures a strong drop in jobs in the IT industry. The number of an average open positions in IT professions decreased by 26.2 percent in 2024 compared to the previous year, as the Funke media group reported on Sunday, citing an IW study.
