This Tuesday (19) between União Brasil and PP is expected to approve by the end of the year a guideline determining the landing of government parties, but will contain exceptions for temporary permanence of “personal” ministers.
This will enable the four ministers representing the two subtitles – (Tourism), (regional integration) and (communications), from the Union, besides (sports), from PP – remain in federal management without risking punishment.
The assessment is that it would not be worth the wear and tear of a clash with the ministers, and they will have to leave the government in April next year, to compete in the elections – the exception is Siqueira, which has a technical profile.
In addition, there is an understanding that ministers depend on Lula’s support for their electoral projects. Sabino must dispute the Senate for Pará, Fufuca, for Maranhão, and Góes, for Amapá.
