This dessert with raspberry jam and nuts is a real pleasure – a classic, like an exclusive confectionery. You can easily prepare Jagienka at homeuse this recipe.

Cake ingredients:

  • 500 g of cake flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • 100 g of powdered sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream (18%) (optional).

Cream ingredients:

  • 500 ml of milk,
  • 5 tablespoons of semolina,
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar,
  • 200 g of soft butter,
  • 70 g of powdered sugar.

Additionally:

  • 300 g of raspberry jam,
  • 50 g of chopped nuts (e.g. cashews).

Put all the ingredients on the board on the board (except for liquid – honey and eggs). Cut the butter into cubes. Sift butter with long knife loose products. Kożp Mound. Place eggs and honey in it. Knead all ingredients into a uniform dough. If the ingredients did not want to combine after a few minutes of kneading, add some cream.

Divide the dough into three equal portions. Roll out each into a cake with the dimensions of the mold (e.g. 20×30 cm). In turn, place pies in a form lined with baking paper. Put the dough with a fork. Bake every cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.

Cool

Pour the milk into a saucepan, pour porridge and vanilla sugar into it. Boil on a slow fire. Cook, stirring constantly until the mass thickens. Remove the saucepan from the burner. Cover the surface of groats with cling film so that no sheepskin coat. Set aside to cool. Grate butter with powdered sugar to a fluffy mass. Without interrupting grinding, add cooled porridge to it. Mix to combine the ingredients.

Arrange one of the cake tops in a form in which you are baking. Brush evenly with half of the raspberry jam. Spread less than half of the cream on it. Cover the second top. Repeat all activities. Brush the last of the countertops with the rest of the cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Put the dough in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
