Ingredients:
Pancakes:
- 200 ml of milk,

Method of performance:
Prepare pancakes. In a bowl, break the egg with milk. Add flour, salt and olive oil. Mix the whole into a homogeneous mass and let stand for 30 minutes. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Pour the dough on the ladle and spread them evenly at the bottom. Fry the pancakes on each side for 1-2 minutes, for nice gold. Put the ready pancakes on a plate and leave to cool.
Prepare the filling. Clean the mushrooms and chop it thickly. Time and spinach also cut into smaller pieces. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add mushrooms. Fry them until tender, then add leek and finely chopped thyme. Fry the whole for another minute. Add the spinach and fry the whole to wither the leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
