Chicken casserole and mushrooms are an ideal proposition for an exquisite dinner that combines the incredible taste and simplicity of preparation. Aromatic chicken breasts, gently bathed in white wine, create a great composition with fried mushrooms. This dish is not only full, but also impresses with the way of serving. It is perfect for both family meetings and a romantic dinner. You will prepare the whole in less than an hour and only from a few basic ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of chicken breast,
- 500 g mushrooms,
- 250 g of yellow cheese,
- 150 g of breadcrumbs,
- 150 ml of dry white wine,
- 6 large eggs,
- 6 tablespoons of butter,
- a spoon of oil,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
Wash the chicken, dry and cut into medium -sized cubes.
In a bowl, break the eggs and put the chicken in them. Mix and set aside for 30 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms on medium heat until tender.
Pour the breadcrumbs on a deep plate. Take the chicken out of the egg mass and coat it in a roll.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Chicken brown on medium heat on all sides, and then move them to an ovenproof dish. Spread on top of the mushroom.
Pour the whole with white wine and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the chicken casserole and mushrooms into an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30-40 minutes until the meat is baked and the cheese is crunchy.
Serve the dish hot, immediately after preparation. Store the remains in the fridge, under cover and use within 3 days.
