The Senator (Republicans-DF) filed a request for representation to the Council of Ethics and Discipline of (Brazilian Bar Association) against, former president of the entity, after he celebrated (PL).
In the document, she calls for the establishment of an ethical-disciplinary process against Santa Cruz, secretary of government of the mayor of Rio, (PSD).
The parliamentarian cites the fact that the former OAB president made a social network post calling Bolsonaro “shit that killed so many in the pandemic” and “that the dead will haunt him”. “Betrayal to democratic canons. In my ideal world it would be a death penalty. Bullet in the back of the neck!”
For the senator, “such statements are incitement to political violence, apology and disrespect for the dignity of law, especially considering that the lawyer is former president of the Federal OAB.”
Felipe Santa Cruz and Bolsonaro starred in friction throughout the management of the former president. Bolsonaro complained about the OAB’s performance in the investigation of the case of which he was targeted. Speaking about the case, he said he could explain the Holy Cross (1964-1985).
Santa Cruz is the son of Fernando Augusto Santa Cruz de Oliveira, missing in February 1974, after being arrested with a friend named Eduardo Collier by agents of DOI-Codi, an organ of repression of the military dictatorship in Rio de Janeiro.
