FACC boss: “Austria has a location problem. We don’t get inflation under control”

The Upper Austrian aviation supplier FACC builds a lot at many of its locations. The aerospace industry remains a growth market, but the environment is complex “and is changing very rapidly,” said FACC boss Robert Machtlinger when submitting the half-year figures in Vienna. As a positive news, the executive board of the listed group has booked the customs agreement between the EU and the USA, in which aviation products – unlike feared – were not documented with tariffs.
