To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 700 g of wheat flour (type 650),
  • 25 g of fresh yeast,
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar,
  • 500 ml of lukewarm water (about 37 ° C),
  • 1½ teaspoon of salt,
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid butter,
  • Oil (to spread the garage).

Crush yeast into a glass. Add sugar and about 100 ml of water. Mix – to dissolve yeast. Cover the glass with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes. During this time, the solution is foaming and enlarged its volume.

Sift flour into the bowl. Add salt, the rest of the water and solution. Produce all ingredients (manually or with a mixer with hooks) for a uniform, flexible dough. At the end of kneading, add liquid butter.

Put the finished dough into a clean, slightly greased bowl (sufficiently large – the dough will increase its volume at least twice) and put under cover in a warm place for about an hour.

Prepare a cast iron pot with a diameter of about 25 cm. Liberate the bottom with oil. Put the pot in the oven. Heat the oven to 210 ° C.

On the flour -covered board, the product is again made. If necessary, add some flour – just enough to form a dough into a loaf.

Carefully transfer a formed loaf to a hot pot. Bake under cover for 30 minutes. After this time, reduce the temperature to 190 ° C, remove the lid from the garage and bake bread for the next 30 minutes. Cool on a grid.
