CRM-AC Cassa Professional Record of Doctor Stanley Bittar; He is accused of ethical infractions

Stanley Bittar can no longer exercise medicine in Acre. The Regional Council of Medicine (CRM-AC) unanimously decided on the definitive cancellation of the professional’s registration.

The measure was taken after analyzing a process that gathered evidence of conduct considered incompatible with medical practice. Among them, the disclosure of sweepstakes on social networks, such as the delivery of an iPhone, a practice classified as unethical by the board.

The case gained strength from the complaint of Fabyola de Souza Camelo. She reported that she had developed necrosis after Bittar surgery and led to CRM-AC. Since 2020, the agency had already restricted the doctor’s performance in plastic surgery and pre and postoperative care.

For the patient, the decision symbolizes a relief. In an interview with Portal Acre, Fabyola said the result represents justice after a long period of waiting.

Even with the confirmed cassation, the doctor can still appeal.
