The accident occurred in a busy Avenida de São Paulo, when the influencer, after leaving a party, crossed a red light and collided with another vehicle. In the hit car were a father and his son, who was injured in his head and leg, but fortunately he is recovering well. This case generated questions about the classification of crime, which is currently treated as a guilty bodily injury, with no intention of injury, despite the evidence of alcohol consumption and possible high speed.
