(USCIS) of the government will verify the social networks of immigrants who claim benefits in search of anti -American and anti -Semitic discourses.
In the statement containing new guidelines to the USCIS Policies Manual, the warning: “Anti -American activities will be an extremely negative factor in any discretionary analysis.”

“The benefits of America should not be granted those who despise the country and promote anti-American ideologies,” said spokesman Matthew Tragesser.
Tragesser also said that the agency is committed to implementing policies and procedures that eradicate anti -Americanism and support the application of rigorous screening and verification measures to the largest possible extension.
In the document, the USCIS reiterates its guidance that the compliance of a foreigner with immigration laws is a relevant factor to determine whether a favorable discretion exercise is justified.
The manual brings guidelines on support or “foreigners who support or promote anti -American ideologies, anti -Semitic terrorism, and anti -Semitic terrorist, or promoting anti -Semitic ideologies.”
