The core team around the artistic director of Documenta 16, Naomi Beckwith. A four -member international ensemble, together with Beckwith, is to develop the exhibition, the publications and the Documenta 16 program. This was announced by the Documenta and the Museum Fridericianum gGmbH. This includes the curator and scientist Carla Acevedo-Yates, the educator, author and professor Romi Crawford, the writer and editor Mayra A. Rodríguez Castro as well as curator and author Xiaoyu Weng.
