It was the biggest donation in the German Bundestag election campaign 2025: 2.35 million euros from the Vorarlberg ex-FPÖ politician Gerhard Dingler hiked to the partly right-wing extremist AfD. Not as a cash, but in the form of a poster campaign that should not have liked the AfD tip so much-“not our style,” said treasurer Carsten Hütter.
