Sacramento (California)-The California Parliament approved a reorganization of the constituencies on Thursday, which is to give the Democrats five additional seats in the US congress. In doing so, they are responding to a similar new cutting of the constituencies in the state of Texas, which US President Donald Trump had initiated in order to secure the short republican majority at the midterms next year.
