The dreamer is delicate in taste, shortbread dough coating a raspberry jam. Baking is great for both afternoon coffee or tea, as well as for a picnic or grill. It tastes perfect with a hot with ice cream knob, as well as cold, decorated with whipped cream.
It is also incredibly fast and easy to prepare – just a few ingredients that you certainly have in your home pantry. The big advantage is the ability to change raspberry jam to any other that you like the most. It may also be interesting to combine many fruit products, thanks to which everyone will find their favorite piece.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of wheat flour,
- 120 g of butter,
- 100 g cukru,
- 200 g of dense raspberry or other jam,
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Method of performance:
Melt the butter and cool.
Pour the butter into the bowl and add sugar. Whip the whole for a minute, set aside for another minute and mix again.
Add salt, baking powder, soda and flour. Mix the whole with a fork. The mass should be quite dry and resemble thick crumbs.
Put one glass of dough into a later crumble.
Place the 20×20 cm mold with baking paper. Put the bottom of the mold with the main part of the mass, pressing it well with a mug or fork.
Spread the jam evenly on the dough. Sprinkle the top with a dough, using it like a crumble.
Put the dough in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the dreamer and leave to cool in form for 10 minutes. Remove to cool. Serve hot or cold.
