The digital influencer, who had been caught in the act for drug trafficking and released at the custody hearing, was arrested again on Thursday (21/08). The measure occurs after decision of the Court of Justice of Santa Catarina (TJSC), which decreed pre -trial detention for a period of 90 days, to be revised during the period.
The man had been released at the hearing after the seizure of nearly 200 kg of drugs in Balneário Camboriú, in the Vila Real neighborhood, on Monday (18).

Preventive arrest was justified in the decision as a guarantee of public order and because of the repercussion of the case. The defense of man disputes the decision and stated that the measure could not be used as a “response to external cries, and should strictly observe the provided for legal requirements.”
