The recipe for zucchini bread is very simple. Just mix all ingredients. Does not require the use of yeast or sourdough. You also don’t have to wait for the dough to grow, as is the case when baking traditional bread. To prepare zucchini bread, you need:

  • 350-400 g of peeled zucchini, a pinch of salt,
  • 300 ml of milk,
  • 40 g of butter,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar,
  • 330 g of cake flour,
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda,
  • ½ teaspoon salt.

How to prepare zucchini bread?

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and grate on a grater on thick mesh. Salt and set aside to let go of the juice. Then drain the zucchini well. You can squeeze it lightly from excess juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
  4. In the second bowl, mix wet ingredients: dissolved butter, eggs, milk, vinegar and oil. Add garlic squeezed through Prague.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients at the same time, stirring with a spoon. The mass is to be uniform. If lumps are left in flour – use a mixer at low speed. Finally, add zucchini and mix everything with a spoon.
  6. Grease the form with dimensions 23 x 13 cm with olive oil. Transfer the dough into it. Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

When the bread is baked, put it down to cool. Serve with your favorite accessories or eat as an independent snack. Enjoy your meal!
