The PT leader in the House, (RJ), entered this Thursday (21) with a criminal representation in the (Supreme Court) against, the former first lady and the sons and Bolsonaro on suspicion of money laundering and criminal organization crimes.
The request was made to the minister of the Supreme Court.
In the action, he asks the PGR (Attorney General of the Republic) to be heard to establish a criminal inquiry into the STF against the four. It also requests blocking, kidnapping and unavailability of assets and breach of bank, fiscal and telematic secrecy of the former president, former first lady and Eduardo and Carlos.
The action is based on the Federal Police report that pointed out that the former president between March 2023 and February 2024. In representation, the deputy states that the amount is a value compatible with evidence of money laundering and other illicit.
The PF document also indicates that from December 2024 to June 2025, R $ 22 million was moved. “Such transfers – R $ 2 million to Michelle, R $ 2.1 million to Eduardo, R $ 4.8 million to Carlos – were identified as patrimonial armor strategies, which, according to PF, in the specific case of transfer to Michelle, aimed to circumvent legal blocks,” the representation says.
The PT leader also cites a crime of criminal organization and procedural fraud, stating that the former president “sought to deceive the judiciary regarding the true patrimonial situation, in the context of investigation into the actual origin of the values obtained in the obscure ‘campaign via pix’ and partly employed in the campaign of foreign attacks and sanctions to Brazilian democratic institutions.”
Lindbergh states that the severity of the case justifies the adoption of measures such as blocking, kidnapping and unavailability of goods, to “prevent the dissipation of resources that may be a fruit or instrument of crime”.
“The pattern of atypical movements, heritage shield, family involvement and use of third parties reveals specific intent and continued behavior,” he argues.
