Quaest: Tarcísio leads in SP, Paes in RJ and Moro at PR – 08/22/2025 – Power

The governor of (Republicans), the mayor of, (), and the senator (-PR) lead the disputes for the governments of their states in 2026, according to Genial/Quaest poll released on Thursday (21). The institute also measured voting intentions in Minas Gerais, Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul, Pernambuco and Goiás.

In São Paulo, Tarcisio appears with 43% of voting intentions. The vice president () has 21%, the federal deputy () 8%, former mayor of Santo André and state president of PSDB, Paulo Serra, 3%, and former presidential Felipe D’Avila (Novo), 2%. White, null and those who say do not vote add up to 16%, and 7% are undecided.

Ratinho Junior (PSD-PR) records 84% ​​approval and 12% disapproval. In São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas has 60% approval and 29% disapproval. The research also measured the evaluation of the performance of governors, Lula and Jair Bolsonaro in the face of the tariffs imposed by the United States. State heads performed better evaluated in Goiás (59% positive) and Paraná (52%).

Lula had higher rates of positive evaluation in Bahia (55%) and Pernambuco (49%). Bolsonaro, in Goiás (33%) and Paraná (29%).
