It follows it without complying with one and the floods in the Pantanal Garden, two weeks after the decision.
The injunctions of the Court were granted on August 6, in two distinct security warrants, one for each CPI.
The chamber’s presidency advisory says that the Attorney’s Office filed, on Wednesday (20), response to the TJ arguing that the Internal Regulations foresee the installation of two ordinary commissions.
“As there are already two CPIs in progress at the moment, the commissions that were the subject of the court decision can only be installed ordinarily when the agenda allows it,” says a note of the advisory.
The two in progress are the pancadões and the marketing of iris.
The bylaws provides that, in addition to the two compulsory committees, the House can play three others “exceptionally and for relevant reasons, through deliberation in plenary by the absolute majority of the councilors”.
“Therefore, in order for the CPIs that have been the subject of the court decision to be ordinally installed, it is necessary to wait for the commissions that are currently active,” says the House.
This year, but party leaders
The CPI of HIS aims to ascertain whether companies would be benefiting from tax incentives granted by Nunes Management, but without selling houses to the low -income population. Already the floods should evaluate the causes of floods in regions such as Pantanal Garden, east of the capital.
The writ of mandates were proposed by the PT and PSOL. “I defended the creation of this CPI from HIS because I am convinced that resources must serve families who need most, workers, young people, the elderly, and not become an instrument of real estate speculation,” says Councilman João Ananias (PT).
