AMERICUP 2025 Male Basketball happens August 22-31in the city of Managua, capital of Nicaragua. The tournament has the 12 Best selections in the Americas. In Brazil, the tournament will be broadcast on ESPN and Disney+ (watch live) channels.
The last Men’s America Cup, held in 2022, in Recife-PE, was won by Argentina, who defeated Brazil in the final. The Brazilian team is the second largest champion of the tournament, with four titles won, behind only the United States, which has seven achievements. AMERICUP 2025 format

In the group stage, each team will play a match against all other teams in their group.

The two best teams in each group and the two best third places advance to the quarterfinals.

The eight classifieds in the quarterfinals will be classified from 1 to 8 based on their performance in the group stage

The quarter -final winners will advance to the semifinals, where they will compete for a place in the Gold Medal game.
Classification for the America Basketball Cup
Divided into four groups of four, the continent’s 16 national teams competed in qualifying for three games periods (February and November 2024 and February 2025). The top three of each group qualified for Americup. Nicaragua secured a vacancy as a country.
Brazil has qualified in the leadership of group B of the qualifiers with only one defeat. Check it out:
